fall is here
With the coming of fall, we are getting in great stuff like delicious pears and crisp pippin apples, even blackberries and grapes. Look for apple coffee cake, pear bread, blackberry yogurt muffins, heirloom apple turnovers, and late-season tomato tarts. One of our fall favorites–sciacciata con uva (sweet grape flatbread)–will be available the next couple weeks. Souper Friday is spilling over into the rest of the week, it seems, as we just can’t seem to stay away from the soup pot. Enjoy.

We’re cookin’ up soup on Fridays! Starting today with Gazpacho. As the weather cools we’ll be serving up some cool-weather classics — potato-leek, white bean with bacon, cream of tomato… And we’ll have soup every day once fall kicks in. All our soups are house-made, of course, with local organic produce and other top-notch ingredients. Come in for a cup!
